Florida Owner Finance commercial property (also known as income or investment property) refers to buildings or land intended to generate a profit, either from rental income or capital gain.

Commercial property includes office buildings, medical centers, hotels, motels, retail stores, malls, industrial property, shopping centers, apartments, multifamily housing buildings, warehouses, storage buildings, garages, and farm land. In many states, residential property, containing more than a certain number of units, qualifies as commercial property for tax purposes and borrowing.
